Struggles to meet commitments

I bought a boat lift last Fall from Mike at Trident. He included a canopy which he claimed to be a dealer of. Unfortunately the fall winter and spring have come and went with no canopy. Numerous texts, phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. It is on the bill of sale but catching up with Mike is impossible. Buyer beware.
