Harbor Documentation Service

I have been waiting over a year for Harbor Documentation to process my documents. I contracted them in Nov 2022 and it is now Nov 2023, 1 year later. I have spoken with them dozens of times encouraging them to follow up on the status, but they just can't seem to make it happen. I finally called the USCG in Oct 2023, and they informed me that they had processed, approved and sent my documents to Harbor Documentation on Aug 17 2023, but as of Nov 11 2023 they still have not sent them to me. Horrible service and I can not recommend them.

I paid harbor documentation service to document my boat in November 2022.
I was told it takes 4 months to process, and yet as of November 2023 I have yet to receive my documentation from Harbor Documentation Service. I have spoken with Harbor Documentation Service dozens of times over the past year and I am always assured that it is in process, but nothing ever happens.
I used Harbor Documentation Service because i wanted to make the process easy and pain free, however it has been a total disaster for me, and Harbor Documentation appears to not care. It appears that this company is a complete fraud and I would recommend steering clear of this company. As of Nov 11th 2023, one year after Harbor Documentation cashed my check, I still have not received my documentation.

Update: I finally decided to call the US Coast Guard to find out the status and they told me that they had processed it on Aug 16 2023 and sent it to Harbor Documentation on Aug 17 2023. So Harbor Documentation obviously has it, but they don't seem to able to send it to me.
