I have never heard a negative comment about this company. I purchased the first livescope from them about 6-7 years ago when they just opened shop. I have made several attempts to create a relationship with them to no avail. 7 weeks ago, I made an appt for a pretty simple issue. I called a week prior to confirm it and the day before. Only to be told that they had to cancel my appt and it might be 3-4 for weeks before I could get in. The owner called and said he would get to me and I waited.
I was getting an oil pressure alarm in my 2023 300r and even though it was temporarily going into limp mode, the oil pressure, quantity and temps were status quo. I had changed both fluids/filter at 10 hours and changed them again this week at 58 hours. After a software reset, I’m running with no alarms and no limp mode. I could hurt a couple of companies right now, but they all have families to support. The marine industry should be better than this. Especially in the “sportsman’s paradise”.

I don’t begrudge anyone, as we are a small group. I’m hoping this might improve the over all status of our sport. Baker k Vinci
