Cal Marine Electronics is the longest established company specializing in marine electronics in the San Francisco Bay. Founded in 1952 by two enterprising boaters, Bob Flowerman and Bob Gifford, Cal Marine Radiophone Company quickly made a name for itself for quality service amongst the commercial operators along San Francisco's waterfront and throughout the bay.
